Well, I have spent the better part of the last 4 days developing my
website. As I get more into the functionality the more it seems I need to add. The next part is to add the content - I don't mind writing the content but it always seems that I change my ideas on what to include on a daily - scratch that - hourly basis. Here is what it looks like so far:

I still have a lot to do but I can begin to see the final product. I have added the functionality of
YouTube video playback - thanks
SVTechie.com. I Have also added the CRM system called
SugarCRM. Sugar CRM is a slick contact management system that integrates nicely with Joomla. It will give my team a marketing edge by providing what pretty much amounts to an "Office in a Box". They will be able to track prospects, schedule meetings through a shared calendar, plug their contacts into a automatic email campaign, track online campaigns, and a whole bunch of other stuff (as of this writing, I'm still not sure of all of it's capabilities yet!).
After I create the content I will be spending some time getting the site optimized for search engines (SEO). This will involve a lot of research so I don't expect to complete this for another week or so. SEO is really fascinating work because it really gives you a unique insight into the inner workings of
Google,
Yahoo,
MSN, etc...
Soon after I will begin to promote the site. I am trying to go on the cheap until I can convince my upline to pitch in for some advertising dollars. I plan to use a lot of social networking sites and classified ad sites to promote the website. I have used
Craygo, a
Craigslist AutoPosting tool, in the past and it works great. In fact, too well. I managed to get myself blacklisted when I was promoting my Foreclosure site so this time I can't go overboard...
The ultimate goal is to have about 10 people approach me per day interested in my business/product. If I can convert 1 person a day, I will be well on my way to my goal, $1M per year income.
